Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at ”Gera dovana”, you’ll design bold, digital-first campaigns that stop thumbs and define our brand’s visual identity. Team up with marketing and e-commerce squads to craft scroll-stopping ads, viral social content, and dynamic motion graphics for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and beyond. If you geek out over typography, live for color theory, and want to shape a brand’s voice in a fast-paced, collaborative playground—let’s create work that sparks joy and gets results.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adaptation across multiple communication channels.
• Design advertising materials for digital (GDN, META, YT, website, social) and print (OOH, posters) channels.
• Contribute to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem-solving, and presenting fresh concepts.
• Assist on improving user experience through website UI/UX updates.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Deliver forward-thinking design solutions that balance creativity, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, especially digital environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Excellent proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects, Figma, etc.).
• Ability to create both static and dynamic design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, innovation, and a proactive mindset.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsibility and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good English language skills (both written and spoken).

Advantages
