Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Strategy
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in F&B operations and sales data.
- Provide insights to improve menu performance, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key departments (Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT) to drive business improvements.
Process Optimization
- Evaluate and optimize workflows in restaurants, kitchens, supply chain, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve inventory management and minimize wastage.
Technology & System Integration
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP, CRM, POS, and other digital solutions.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business applications.
- Provide data-driven insights for improving e-commerce, mobile ordering, and delivery platforms.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze sales, customer behavior, and financial performance data to support decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with suppliers, technology vendors, and external consultants.
- Manage relationships with franchise partners and ensure business alignment.
- Support training and change management initiatives for new system implementations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in business analysis, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau (or other analytics tools).
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, POS, and supply chain systems.
- Understanding of digital transformation in the F&B industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with AI, automation, and machine learning in the F&B sector.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and mobile ordering platforms.
- Good to have certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
