What we look for:

• 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and GNU/Linux system administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, particularly Openshift.
• Strong knowledge of GitOps practices, with experience using ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible for configuration management and deployment.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, including scripting with Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of container networking, ingress controllers, and service meshes (Istio, Openshift Service Mesh).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK Stack.
• Understanding of cloud-native security best practices, including RBAC, network policies, and compliance enforcement.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis in distributed systems.
• Ability to document operational procedures and share knowledge within the team.
• Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or RHCSA are a plus.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalibility, and security.
• Implement and optimize GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for continuous deployment.
• Automate infrasturcutre provisioning, configuration, and management using Ansible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes workloads, networking, and resource management.
• Monitor and analyze cluster performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging solutions.
• Ensure security best practices are followed, including RBAC policies, network security, and container hardening.
• Support development teams in deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications.
• Document operational processes and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
