Analyst – Corporate Finance (M&A) – Amsterdam

The Role

As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of the deal team, working on all aspects of the M&A process, from financial analysis and valuations to due diligence and client presentations. You will gain direct exposure to entrepreneurs, investors, and C-level executives, helping shape strategic transactions in the fast-evolving technology and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and transaction documentation.
• Support due diligence processes and deal execution.
• Conduct market and sector research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Engage directly with clients and investors in a fast-paced deal environment.

Your Profile:

• 1-2 years of M&A experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a boutique advisory firm.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuations, and deal structuring.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (additional language is an advantage).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for Technology and Infrastructure sectors.
