Location: Hybrid (based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania)

Internship Period: 21st July – 26th September 2025

Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Essential Criteria

• Proficiency in English is required, as the internship involves communication and collaboration in English
• Candidates must be based in Cluj-Napoca or able to relocate and work from Cluj-Napoca for the duration of the internship
• The hybrid setup includes at least one in-office day per week, with additional in-office time for onboarding, training, or team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

We believe great talent comes in many forms. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Pursuing or Recently Completed a Technical Degree – Enrolled in or graduated from a program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic Programming Knowledge – Preferably, coding skills in Java, but foundational knowledge of another programming or scripting language, such as C#, Python, or JavaScript, is also perfectly adequate.
• Interest in Software Testing – A keen interest in learning about QA methodologies, automation, and software testing best practices.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to Learn – Willingness to explore new tools and technologies like Selenium, API testing, and Agile development processes.
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll Collaborate With Seasoned Engineers, Tackling Exciting Challenges And Building Innovative Products. Here’s a Glimpse Of What You’ll Dive Into

• Assist in Software Testing – Learn and contribute to manual and automated testing processes for web, desktop, and API applications.
• Execute Test Cases – Run predefined test cases, document results, and report bugs using test management tools.
• Automate Tests – Get hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, REST Assured, Postman, and TestRail/XRay to support UI automation and automated API testing.
• Analyze & Report Bugs – Identify, document, and help troubleshoot issues in collaboration with developers and QA engineers.
• Learn Agile & CI/CD – Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration testing using tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Take ownership of your work, applying your creativity and problem-solving skills, while being supported by a mentor dedicated to your success.

• Step 2: Take the Technical Test - Complete a short technical assessment. The final deadline for all assessments is 17th March.
• Step 3: Meet the Team - Interviews will take place between 24th Mar - 4th April.
