Unicorn Role Overview:

Are you a skilled project manager with a strong marketing background and a knack for leveraging AI tools? We're seeking a Full-Time Marketing Project Manager to oversee client projects, ensure timely deliverables, and streamline communication between our internal team and clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, client relations, and marketing strategies. What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines and timelines are met
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients
• Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to create content based on templates and prompts
• Collaborate with the design team, providing clear briefs for project requirements
• Conduct research on clients to inform and enhance marketing strategies
• Send agreements and invoices to clients, managing financial aspects of projects
• Oversee workflows between content creation and implementation teams
• Apply marketing expertise to guide project strategies and decisions
• Utilize Go High Level for CRM and marketing automation tasks
• Manage invoicing through Stripe or PayPal to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid background in marketing with an understanding of industry terminology and concepts
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation
• Proficiency in creating content based on prompts and templates
• Ability to manage and optimize workflows between different teams
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Go High Level
• Familiarity with invoicing tools like Stripe or PayPal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Time Commitment: Full-Time (40hrs/week)

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM Mountain Time
