Your Role

As a Program Manager at Swish, you will be at the heart of our expansion efforts, leading multiple launch projects, streamlining operations and ensuring smooth execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, enjoys solving complex challenges and has a knack for getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead multiple launch projects, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Tackle challenges with creativity, problem-solving, and a never-say-die attitude
• Build and refine processes to enhance future expansion efforts

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with leadership, operations, and on-ground teams to align expansion strategies
• Drive accountability across teams, both internal and external, ensuring clear goals and measurable outcomes

Process Optimization & Execution

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently
• Develop frameworks and playbooks for successful city and kitchen launches

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in expansion or operations
• Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills to handle fast-paced environments
• Stellar communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams
• An ownership mindset with a focus on delivering impact while maintaining trackers for holistic visibility
