Shelter Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes and potential delays.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Analyse project performance data and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and execution of project plans.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction field
• Proficiency in project scheduling software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
