AI/ ML Lead Scientist

About the Company:

My client is a world-renowned tech company. They are looking for capable machine learning and AI experts with top tier academic and industry experiences to join their innovation and search center and put a new business unit in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for setting and delivering high standards for the company’s advertising/ recommendation practices.
• You will develop AI agents and ML models and integrate them to build an interactive marketing platform for merchants and internal users.
• You will work directly with decision-makers in the company and potentially build up your own team.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in algorithm research/ development with proven track record of impactful implementations
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
• Chinese language will be needed as the role involves frequent interactions with senior stakeholders based in China
