We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of our offerings. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that focuses on aligning our product vision with market opportunities and customer needs.
Role Overview: As a Product Manager, you will guide our technical products from conception to launch, manage the full technical product lifecycle, and ensure they solve real customer problems. You will oversee the development of our key supporting systems, including the online e-commerce platform and ERP platform, ensuring these technology products enable the success of our business. As well as managing the backlogs and overseeing the daily work in the tech team, you will also work across departments to define product strategy, assess market opportunities so that we build that which helps us the most at any given time, and continuously ensure our roadmap aligns with the company’s long-term vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Technology Product Strategy & Vision: Develop, integrate and articulate the technology product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Project Lifecycle: Oversee the development of key supporting systems, including the online ecom platform and ERP platform. Manage backlogs and oversee daily work in the tech team.
- Performance Analysis: Define and track key product success metrics to understand product performance, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with general managers, marketing and our tech team to gather input and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the customer by incorporating feedback and analytical results into product decisions to ensure our solutions are customer-centric.
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and build a compelling product roadmap.
- Launch & Go-to-Market: Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within retail (fashion), e-commerce, ERP.
- Technical skills: Sufficient technical literacy to participate in making key choices and effectively communicate with engineering teams, with a passion for breaking down challenging problems and driving value incrementally.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, and other project management or product management tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical toolset, being comfortable working with web analytics, feature usage data, survey data etc to assess product performance, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration, executive updates and stakeholder management.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think big-picture while also managing the details needed to move the product forward.
