Business Analyst

Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and focus on optimizing our chatbot performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of chatbot technology to drive improvements, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the development team to gather requirements, create user stories, and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Experience writing user stories or similar software requirements

- Experience with chat and chatbots

- Ability to clearly communicate with the development team and internal stakeholders through written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

- Review chatbot performance and transcripts to create recommendations for improvement

- Communicate chatbot capabilities to internal stakeholders and work with them to gather requirements for enhancements and issues

- Create user stories for chatbot enhancements and work with the development team to refine

- Monitor chatbot performance metrics and identify underlying reasons for changes

Nice to have

- Experience working with Scrum/agile development teams

- Experience with generative AI, especially in chatbots

- Experience with analytics/using reporting to provide context for prioritization
