What you’ll be doing

As an Agile Coach, you’ll be embedded within an engineering team, guiding individuals, teams, and the wider organisation in adopting Agile ways of working. Your focus will be on:

  • Coaching teams to self-organise, improve effectiveness, and deliver value in a complex environment.
  • Removing impediments to progress and fostering stakeholder collaboration.
  • Creating a psychologically safe space that promotes trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.


About you

You’re an experienced Agile Coach with a track record of driving Agile transformations in technical environments. You thrive in fast-paced settings and can navigate the challenges of working in a secure sector.
