HR Associate

Looking for someone who works within a Hedge Fund, Investment, Law firm or a small FinTech company

You will work alongside a global team, partnering with colleagues across different regions on various cross-functional projects and processes. These may involve operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle and experience, such as background checks, onboarding, transfers, employee benefits, Workday processing, and exits.

Additionally, you'll contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and optimising the internal workflows.

Addition requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience are required.
  
• Experience in or exposure to a human capital function is preferred.
  
• The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and high attention to detail are a must.
  
• Applicants with proven operational and project management skills will thrive in this role.
