Full Stack Developer

Our client is looking to bring on a Full Stack Developer to their team! Our client is a fast-growing company with a proprietary inventory management and eCommerce platform that supports businesses in warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their team full-time. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing platform performance, usability, and scalability while supporting our long-term growth and international expansion.

What You’ll Do

· Lead Development Efforts: Enhance our PHP-based platform using Laravel (backend) and Bootstrap (frontend) to improve performance, usability, and customer experience.

· Strategic Planning & Growth: Participate in product development meetings, assist in planning velocity, scope, and SDLC structure, and contribute to the roadmap.

· Feature Enhancements & Integrations: Implement new features, APIs, and integrations to expand functionality and support international growth.

· Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Product Owners, Sales Teams, and Developers to align technical solutions with business needs.

· Release Management: Maintain our ongoing release cadence to ensure a stable user experience while introducing valuable updates.

· Troubleshoot & Fix Issues: Address critical bugs, to ensure smooth user transactions.

· Scaling & Leadership: Assist in growing and structuring the development team as we expand.

What You Bring

· 4+ years of Full-Stack Development experience with PHP, Laravel, and Bootstrap.

· Strong understanding of GitHub, Jira, and SDLC best practices.

· Experience working with eCommerce or inventory management platforms (a plus).

· Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance.

· Experience integrating third-party APIs and supporting international operations (preferred).

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and working across teams.
