Product Manager

The mission

I am currently working with a young, fast-growing startup with sky-high ambitions to reinvent personal wealth management using the latest technology. By simplifying complex financial decisions, they empower individuals to take control of their financial future.

The role

You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment. You'll collaborate within cross-functional agile teams—including design, engineering, and marketing—to drive product development and bring their vision to life. Engaging directly with users, you'll gather valuable insights to shape the product roadmap. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges and leadership opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring alignment from discovery to deployment
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and founders to execute on product strategy
• Engage with users to understand their needs and gather feedback
• Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to inform product decisions and measure success
• Innovate by integrating AI technologies to enhance our product's capabilities
• Shape seamless user experiences through thoughtful design

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and a can-do attitude
• Proven experience in building and scaling products from concept to market
• Excellent adaptability, resilience, and communication skills
• A passion for financial technology and reshaping personal wealth management
• Experience in service design and creating delightful user experiences is a plus
