Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings
Analyse diverse and dynamic datasets related to e-commerce, operations and user behaviors, deriving valuable insights to address complex challenges
Design solutions and initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects
Coordinate and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
Display a readiness to actively engage in ground operations, collaborating closely with the team to implement improvements and openness to travel

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and above
For fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2025
Prior experiences in a data-driven role, internship or full-time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration, presenting findings, and conveying insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
