As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team specializing in HR and organizational data analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include data processing, conducting advanced statistical analyses, and delivering valuable business insights.

YOU WILL

• Preparing and structuring data - Collecting, cleaning, and transforming raw data into a structured format for analysis
• Conducting advanced statistical analyses - Performing regression modeling, time series analysis, and other quantitative methods to uncover trends and patterns
• Creating reports and dashboards - Developing clear and concise visual presentations of data insights for business stakeholders
• Identifying trends and providing insights - Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency - Monitoring data quality and troubleshooting inconsistencies to improve reporting reliability
• Collaborating with project teams - Working closely with internal teams and clients to understand analytical needs and provide solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• A higher education degree (preferably in economics, business analytics, statistics, work psychology, or quantitative social sciences)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis
• Ability to independently conduct regression and time series analyses
• Very good knowledge of Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured databases
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner
• Capability to work independently while also effectively collaborating with teams and clients
• Proficiency in VBA, R, or Python programming - will be an asset.
