We are looking for a passionate Engineer – Quality Assurance (Design&Product Quality) join our team at for Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• Participating and following up new product projects (Minor-Major-platform) at every stage from design to production,
• By participating in the FMEA analysis of R&D projects, determining the points that will pose risks and ensuring that corrective measures are taken,
• Following/learning washing and washer/dryer working princibles and main algorithms,
• Creating test plans & test reports in accordance with the requirements of both Beko and International standards,
• Assisting in the development of software, structural & system design of a household appliance,
• Preparing of design and test documentation from a quality perspective
• Managing laboratory system within accredition, calibration, investment and budget management and managing laboratory team,
• Participating in Institute and private country approvals (TSE, VDE, Internek, etc.) audits.
  
  
  

The position is located in Manisa

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering,
• Aptitude for statitical tools and familiarity with quality processes,
• Knowledge of designing for the mechanical parts of products, software,
• Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies (6-sigma, TRIZ, etc.),
• Knowledge of FMEA processes,
• Having P-FMEA, 6-sigma, TRIZ, Design Thinking certificates is a plus,
• Ability to understand written and verbal technical material and instructions,
• Sufficient technical creativity to develop technical programs and activities in support of broadly defined objectives and to provide technical direction to others,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
