- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and complies with laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors
- Draft and prepare legal documentation such as employees’ contracts, orders etc.
- Manage & maintain military personnel records & reporting (if needed, opportunities to learn will be provided)
- Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
- Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and relevant guidelines
- Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processes
- Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other ad hoc reports upon request
- Close collaboration with local HR department, HR operations Team and other stakeholders
- Higher education - Bachelor/Master degree (in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field preferred but not a must)
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (Labour Code)
- Languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English (verbal and written) – Intermediate+
- HRIS system (SAP / Workday) knowledge
