Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounting team.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial accounts and reporting in line with business needs.
• Adhere to International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Implement and develop business rules and financial controls to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze financial results and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Propose solutions to reduce costs or increase profits within specific items.
• improve Continuously workflow and financial systems to achieve greater efficiency.
• Leverage technology to automate and develop financial processes and support the company’s digitization goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 15 years of practical experience in accounting or finance in a financial institution.
• Deep understanding of international accounting standards and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Ability to accurately analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Highly proficient in using ERP systems and financial automation tools.
• Technology-oriented mindset with practical experience in financial automation and digitization initiatives.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to Communicate with different departments.
• Professional certificate is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve set goals.
