About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating various PHP projects, implementing frameworks, cleaning up code, and introducing unit testing. This role requires a strong understanding of PHP, frameworks like Symfony, and front-end technologies such as React. The candidate should be able to work independently and communicate effectively within a scrum team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate multiple PHP projects into a cohesive codebase.
• Implement frameworks (moving towards Symfony) and clean up existing code.
• Introduce and implement unit testing.
• Refactor T-SQL in SQL Server.
• Collaborate with a team of PHP developers and a contract architect.
• Work independently to create and modify code based on project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, particularly Symfony.
• Experience with front-end technologies, especially React.
• Proficiency in unit testing and code refactoring.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Ability to work in a scrum environment and collaborate with the development team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, high-quality code.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Concise and to-the-point communication style.
• Comfortable working in a scrum environment and participating in occasional demos.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience transitioning from monolithic applications to frameworks.
• Familiarity with other PHP frameworks and modern development practices.
