Product Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our Credit Card products.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering/Computer Science/Economics/ Finance or related discipline;
• 2-3 Years of experience in banking for Credit card products;
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across business units and senior levels;
• Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to solve problems and analyze root causes;
• Partner with global product teams and various cross-functional teams (business, legal , compliance, risk) to develop and realize localized opportunities;
• Continuous review of regulations for MAS, compliance, risk, AML, Fraud, and other digital wallet requirements.

Desired Skill-set

• Certified Product Manager/ Product Owner;
• Experience in compliance projects within banking industry;
• Extensive experience in Credit Card product development, from opportunity identification to launch and post-launch performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop improvement opportunities across customer experience, product awareness and sales targets;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver on time across multiple platforms;
• Refine customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with marketing, channels, partners, and other key stakeholders;
• Responsible for Credit Cards product business that cuts across customer experience, compliance, risk management, regulatory, and operations management;
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across business units and senior levels;
• Build operational maturity for product development and execution and represent products to business stakeholders and executive leadership;
• Define and monitor KPIs for products while leading feature teams towards workflow, UX and design optimization to better meet KPI targets;
• Drive product discussions with key stakeholders to ensure the products are meeting customer needs , market demand and are compliant with local regulations.
