LEOCODE is a software development company operating on the international market for ten years. As part of our activities, we tell our customers how to solve their business problems using new technologies. Our interests remain firmly rooted in JavaScript, as well as Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.

Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for modern technology? At LEOCODE, we are looking for an experienced Business Developer to help us expand our collaboration with fintech and banking companies. If you enjoy a dynamic environment where you combine business relationships with technological knowledge – this role is for you!

We are looking for a hungry, self-driven person who is in love with scaling tech teams and delivering innovation to the fintech sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring new clients in the fintech and banking sectors (prospecting via conferences, LinkedIn, personal network, partners)
  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers (C-Level) and identifying their business needs.
  • Creating and delivering tailored sales presentations.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to match the best IT solutions for clients.
  • Monitoring market trends and recommending innovative solutions (AI in Fintech)

What we expect?

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing service sales (preferably fintech/banking sector).
  • Knowledge of the fintech market, digital products, and implementation processes.
  • Ability to build relationships at the C-Level and conduct effective negotiations.
  • Fluent English (min. B2/C1) – we work with global clients.
  • Independence, proactiveness, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Interest in new AI/Web3 solutions for banking/ fintech companies
