Board Member

We are on the lookouts, on behalf of one of CAML's clients that is a forward-thinking Fintech company with a mission to streamline Fiat-to-Crypto and Crypto-to-Fiat transactions for both individual consumers and large brokerage institutions. Established in Lithuania in 2022, their main short-term goal is to securing a MiCA license, expanding its customer and partnership base, and building a strong local team to drive future growth.

We are seeking for multiple BOARD MEMBER(S) to lead, supervise and advise the company through its next phase of success. The ideal candidate will drive our strategic goals and take on one of the either functions of Compliance, Operations, IT or Finance areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share and Advise upon business strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring transparency and goal driven decision making.
• Mentor a small team of executives toward collective goals, fostering collaboration and a positive work culture.
• Create and communicate a clear business roadmap and hold the Deputy CEO and the CEO accountable for its implementation.
• Expand partnerships, and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.
• Represent the company in government institutions and within the industry events ie. conferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in a Head of Division or C-suite role within a FinTech or financial institution.
• Past record of participating in a Board within similar role;
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through change, balancing long-term strategy with short-term objectives.
• Experience in the crypto and financial markets, with a solid understanding of the industry's complexities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk/high-reward environment, fostering innovation and continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

• Attend Bi-weekly/Monthly board meetings, with additional participation in two annual company meetups for deeper engagement.
• Participate in corporate events and conferences.
• Mentor the domestic team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with a crypto exchange, bank or financial institution in a managerial or C-seat position.
• Proficient in either industry areas such as Compliance, IT, and or Finance.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in work with Board Members.
• Active residence in Lithuania.
• References from current or past employers.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Impeccable reputation.
