What You Will Do:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS and OpenShift
- Improve availability, cost efficiency, fault tolerance and disaster recovery processes
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Kubernetes clusters and associated services
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform, Site Reliability or DevOps Engineer
- Understanding of AWS design principles, architectural best practices and industry standards
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS and Openshift
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Kustomize
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud security principles
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like New Relic and ELK stack
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, remote work and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
- International teams. Teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders where people value challenging work together with good humour and having fun

- Gross salary. 3,510 - 5,610 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
