Currently, we have an open recruitment for a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in building, optimizing, and deploying ML models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable codebase that generates ML models for various business units.
• Continuously refactor and simplify complexity, including transitioning from batch to stream processing.
• Enhance data flow by integrating new data sources and optimizing deployment processes.
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing machine learning solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Construct and manage containerized components for scalable ML operations.
• Utilize deployment and provisioning automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Address data issues, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and implement cost-effective optimizations.
• Document technical specifications, development procedures, and outcomes for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD, task tracking, version control, and automation of ML workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers in an Agile environment to achieve global business goals.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Spark and Python for large-scale data processing and ML development.
• Strong understanding of deployment and consumption patterns of ML models.
• Experience in enhancing and maintaining templates for productionizing ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for seamless ML model deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize and debug ML models efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work within international teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Airflow, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Dataproc, BigQuery, GCS), and Azure pipelines.
• Experience in optimizing ML models for real-time processing and stream analytics.
• Exposure to working in the financial or banking sector, focusing on AI-driven insights and customer-centric solutions.
