Software Project Manager

We are looking for a Software Development Project Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. The role involves managing both functional and technical teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be experienced and charismatic, capable of sharing methodological knowledge with the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Define project objectives, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed plans and monitor deadlines. Manage resources and ensure efficient task allocation. Oversee the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other suitable methodologies).
• Coordination and Communication: Lead follow-up meetings and ensure communication between technical teams, clients, and management. Identify and anticipate risks, propose suitable solutions. Ensure complete and accurate project documentation.
• Quality and Performance Monitoring: Ensure code quality and compliance with technical standards. Conduct tests and validations before production. Optimize development processes to improve team productivity and performance.
• Budget Management and Reporting: Monitor and optimize project costs. Prepare regular reports on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Desired Profile:

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in software project management (minimum 3 to 5 years). Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Knowledge of project management tools (Atlassian suite). Understanding of programming languages and software architectures (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
