Title: Full Stack Senior Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer (10+ years of experience) to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional user experience for both internal and external users in a dynamic, technical environment. Our products have been in active use and continuously developed over several years, and we are looking for someone who can bring deep expertise in modern web technologies and design thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Build robust backend and frontend software solutions.
• Testing & Maintenance: Test, maintain, and enhance delivered artefacts.
• Documentation: Write and update technical documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient in capturing and articulating technical user requirements.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining backward-compatible API components.
• Strong experience working in Linux and CI/CD environments.
• Skilled in TypeScript, React, Jest, Java, SpringBoot, and JUnit (or a proven ability to quickly master these technologies).
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma is a plus.
• Experience integrating legacy services through various protocols.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gradle, npm, or Git is beneficial.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or cloud platforms is an asset.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Proven collaboration and teamwork experience within agile settings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Language Proficiency:

• English: Mastery is essential (C1/C2 level as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
• French: An asset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Swift, etc.).
