Cider is seeking an Apparel Graphic Designer to create and execute graphic-based artwork for graphic tops. Success in this position requires strong deadline management and the ability to produce clear, concise tech packs. This opportunity is remote and project-based.

Role Responsibilities

• Attend handoff meetings with the concept/merchandising to receive project briefs for artwork and tech pack development.
• Create original artwork, layouts, and colorways using a blend of traditional techniques and digital tools ensuring designs are on-brand and trend-appropriate.
• Generate CADs to communicate print placements on garments and create clear, concise technical packages for artwork to be sent to vendors and factories.
• Partner with the Merchandising Director to execute the seasonal vision for graphics.
• Stay informed on the latest fashion trends related to graphics, craft, prints, and color, incorporating them into designs while keeping the brand fresh and aligned with current trends.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Graphic Design, textiles, fibers, or similar discipline preferred.
• 5-10 years of related industry experience preferred
• Proven expertise in graphics, with strong hand-drawing/painting skills and digital rendering abilities.
• A creative mindset with a passion for surface design and trend forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills, with a flexible and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
