YOUR ROLE

• design and improve multithreaded, high-volume trade flow processing systems
• make independent decisions while effectively mitigating risks
• take full ownership of all aspects of our trade management systems
• thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing second-line support with strategic development responsibilities
• work closely with engineers in the UK, US, and Hong Kong to deliver robust solutions

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO GAINED

• at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in a formal enterprise-level development environment, particularly with C#
• technical Skills:
• strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, multi-threaded programming, and object-oriented design
• proven experience in building connected, service-oriented applications
• familiarity with enterprise messaging systems
• experience with AWS serverless technologies
• excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to various audiences
• experience with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy

ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• familiarity with Agile software development concepts
• experience with behavior and test-driven development
• knowledge of web and mobile frameworks such as React JS and Angular
