Your Role:
As an In-House Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, digital-first design solutions that elevate our brand perception and customer engagement. You'll lead the design of customer and sales communications (for example proposals, presentations and marketing assets) ensuring consistency and innovation across all digital and print platforms.
What You'll Do:
Design dynamic and interactive digital document and solutions optimized for multiple platforms.
Create visually compelling campaign assets for email social media and web based communications
Develop and maintain brand templates and design toolkits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Stay up to date with trends in digital design, UX/UI, and automation tools.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in digital design, preferably in a B2B setting.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma and motion graphics.
Strong knowledge of digital readability, accessibility and data visualization best practices.
Ability to translate complex information into engaging visual stories.
A Proactive, Problem-solving Mindset With Excellent Time Management Skills.
