About The Role

We’re looking for a Network Engineer to join one of our groups within Tele2’s network operations center. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring performance and capacity, troubleshooting problems, and responding events relating to Tele2s B2B Customer segment. Together with the team you will be working in shifts to cover all hours of the day, 365 days of the year.

We have a high focus on customer satisfaction, both Tele2's customers and our internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Own incidents, monitoring and managing events (i.e. registration, categorization, prioritization, diagnosis, remediation, verification and closure)
• Troubleshoot problems that arise in our B2B Customer segment
• Escalate Major Incidents, manage Emergency Change, register Problems
• Publish operational information to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure OLA/SLA daily work adherence
  
  
  

This is a permanent position on a shift rotation covering 24/7/365, located at our headquarters in Kista. As this role involves day-to-day operations, you will need to be physically present, with exceptions.

• Are unpretentious, curious and open to new ideas and other views of things, because telecom never stops developing and neither do we
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing

• It is meritorious if you, in addition to experience in telecommunications have knowledge of ITIL’s IPC Processes as they are the cornerstone of our work.
