Technical Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in hosting provider technologies to drive the development of technical requirements and specifications for both internal and external development teams. This role is critical in defining how our product integrates with hosting control panels and ensuring seamless functionality across different environments.

The person in this role will be responsible for working closely with internal developers and third-party vendors to define and document detailed technical specifications for new features and integrations. They will need a strong understanding of hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or other hosting management platforms to analyze how our product functions within these environments. Based on this analysis, they will identify the best placement for new functionalities and ensure all execution details are clearly defined.

A key aspect of the role is API and integration management with a deep understanding of how to work with REST APIs using JSON payloads and URL encoded form data. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with R&D teams, business stakeholders, and external developers to align technical requirements with product goals. Their experience in the hosting industry will be essential in anticipating customer needs and improving product usability.

• Define and document technical requirements for both internal and external development teams.


• Analyze hosting control panels (e.g., cPanel, Plesk) to determine the best placement and execution of new functionalities.


• Work with REST APIs, JSON, and URL encoded form data to ensure seamless integrations.


• Collaborate with R&D teams, business stakeholders, and external developers to align technical specifications with product goals.Use industry experience to anticipate customer needs and enhance product usability within hosting environments.

• Experience in the hosting industry, ideally having worked for a hosting provider or in a related field.


• Strong familiarity with at least two major hosting control panels (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, Ispmanager, DirectAdmin, WHMCS).


• Technical expertise in REST APIs, JSON, and API documentation best practices.


• Proven ability to write clear and structured technical specifications for development teams.
