Description:

The Project Manager Senior is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to business requirements and IT initiatives. This position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and structure business requirements into BRDs for IT analysis.
• Validate business requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of key documents, including business cases and project charters, to secure project approval.
• Analyze impacts on upstream and downstream applications with the assistance of other services to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of business requirements with IT teams.
• Organize and prepare steering committees for project monitoring.
• Prepare and execute test cases, including non-regression testing, to ensure the correct implementation of solutions.
• Work with the data governance team to prepare Data Governance documentation for updating DWH universes.
• Contribute to the creation of user documentation (manuals, presentations).
• Organize and manage training sessions for users as needed.
• Foster effective communication channels and relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience of at least 7 years).
• Mandatory Experience:
• 7 years of experience in business requirements elicitation and modelling.
• Experience in at least 3 projects in business requirements, testing, or project management.
• Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of financial products (Loans, equity, guarantees).
• Proficiency in English (French is an advantage).
