Java Developer (M/W/D)

A growing company in the field of football technology, founded by former professional footballers Jens Hegeler and Stefan Reinartz. They develop innovative products for data collection, quality management, scouting, and match analysis. With a motivated team and a clear focus on digitalization in the football market, they are looking for dedicated software developers who share their passion for technology and innovation.

Your Tasks:

• Actively contribute to our product planning and roadmap.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our applications in data collection, quality management, scouting, and analysis.
• Proactively participate in team decisions and optimize existing development processes.
• Drive digitalization in the football market together with a motivated team and make a real impact.

Technical Skills & Tech Stack:

• Strong expertise in backend development.
• Good knowledge of database development and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and PostgreSQL (preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed system development (a plus).
• Knowledge of frontend development with Angular (beneficial).

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in backend development.
• Good knowledge of database development and API integration.
• Team player with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Ambitious mindset with a passion for driving projects forward and taking responsibility.
