Cyber Security Project Manager

The Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Security 'Strategy and Delivery' team. This role involves defining and implementing the bank's cyber security strategy through various projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

• Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of data security requirements with security architects.
  • Identify security design gaps and recommend changes or enhancements.
  • Elaborate high-level roadmaps and propose priority actions for a 3-year investment horizon.
  • Direct all phases of cyber security initiatives from inception through completion.
  • Establish milestones and ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Regularly interact with senior management and executive levels on cross-functional topics.
  • Ensure stakeholder input is aggregated into high-quality deliverables for senior management.

• Education and Certifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Mandatory project management and change management certifications (e.g., Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR).
  • Preferable certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC.

• Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience managing multiple IT and/or security projects and programs.
  • Solid analytical skills and extensive experience in the financial services industry.
  • Preferable experience in data-security related projects and Agile methodology.

• Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
