Java Developer

We are representing a client based in Brussels within the finance industry that is looking for a senior Java developer to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be working in a team focused on developing and maintaining systems and databases. These systems will need to be reliable, accurate and scalable.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing Java software that generates, manages and stores data
• Integrating software to be client-friendly
• Improve the efficiency and automate these processes
• Optimise for performance and scalability

Your profile:

• 4+ years of Java experience
• Strong proficiency with springboot and/or quarkus
• Experience with Java-based webservice APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation to learn and grow as a developer
• Fluency in Dutch or French
