We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Champion and Cloud-iQ Platform Coordinator to join our team. This role is a unique blend of Product Owner, Product Expert and Success Manager responsibilities. As such, you will be a key member of Product Management, representing the APAC/ANZ region. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of product development, customer success, market trends, and effectively communicate the platform vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management and Owners to align business needs and requirements in the APAC/ANZ region, while providing feedback to Product Management
• Success Management: Ensure customer and partner satisfaction by addressing needs, feedback, and providing solutions to improve their product experience
• Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our products, particularly Cloud IQ, offering valuable insights and guidance to both internal teams and customers/partners
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, ensuring product development aligns with regional goals
• Communication: Foster clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support

Your Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, customer success or similar
• Experience with E-commerce platforms (Saas services) in an enterprise space and/or B2B
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the APAC/ANZ region
• Experience working with channel partners

• You have an ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• You are a good team player and collaborator with excellent communication skills, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements
