DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will help us with the development and maintenance of a cutting-edge white-label neobank solution, providing innovative financial services to a diverse client base. Our mission is to deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable platform that enables our clients to offer top-tier banking services.

Requirements

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps engineer role
• Strong experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with infrastructure, security, and monitoring setup
• Experience with Infrastructure as a code: Terraform
• Strong experience with Container orchestration
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems: Jenkins(+JobDSL)
• Understanding of the principles of networking, cybersecurity, microservice architecture
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level

• Experience with the fintech domain
• Experience with Infrastructure as a code: Terragrunt
• Experience with FinOps
  
  

Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Administer and maintain project infrastructures for optimal performance and reliability
• Deploy and manage infrastructure services, including Kubernetes clusters and cloud environments
• Provision and manage cloud resources (VMs, storage, databases) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cost-effective optimization of cloud deployments
• Implement tools for building, deploying, securing, and monitoring infrastructure and services
• Design, create, and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery and deployment
• Configure monitoring and logging systems for continuous operation and quick issue resolution
• Collaborate with developers, operations teams, QA, Architecture, IT, and project management
• Provide first-line DevOps support and troubleshoot issues for developers

The solution is a Latvia-based all-in-one common self-service platform for small and medium enterprises that allows entrepreneurs to build successful businesses. The neobank-like application grants a straightforward yet secure banking management system that is devoid of bureaucratic hustle.

The application allows users to create and manage user profiles for employees, merchant accounts, cards, physical & virtual terminals, internal and outgoing payments, acquiring, etc.
