Middle Golang Engineer

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need а Middle Golang Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Golang microservices.
• Migrate legacy PHP components to Golang-based microservices if needed.
• Migrate Elixir components to Golang-based microservices if needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing PHP components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various applications.
• Estimate development effort for sprint tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sprint goals and contribute to overall success.
• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Golang, with hands-on experience building production systems.
• Experience working with microservices architecture and security best practices.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
• Strong participation in technical sessions, with the ability to estimate and contribute to technical discussions.
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills — ability to question, analyze, and improve designs.
• Hands-on coding 90%+ of the time.
