Product Manager (International Markets)

Your Mission

🔹 Understand the product portfolio and drive adoption in key markets.

🔹 Lead the rollout and implementation of digital solutions across different countries.

🔹 Keep documentation up to date and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

What You’ll Do

🌍 Act as the bridge between local markets, international teams, and squads, ensuring smooth collaboration.

🤝 Engage with key stakeholders and facilitate alignment between business and technology.

🎯 Lead refinement sessions and bring a structured yet agile approach to product management.

💡 Be proactive, solution-oriented, and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy—we need action!

What We’re Looking For

🚀 Experience in consulting, commercial product strategy, or digital product sales.

🎯 Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and leadership.

🔄 Agile mindset with SCRUM knowledge (but no need to be in every ceremony).

🌎 Fluent English is a must; German is a plus but not mandatory.

💡 A proactive, adaptable, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
