Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Process and Digital Transformation Engineer to join our European Central Quality department.
You will play a key role in driving the digital transformation journey of the quality processes. You will start by working on existing initiatives to replace or improve obsolete IT systems and to automate and optimize manual tasks or non optimized business processes. You will also be a partner of local and central Quality teams in supporting them via data analysis and reporting. After developing a deeper understanding of our processes, you will be key to identifying new hidden opportunities for digitalization and to transform our way of working. You will help the full organization in becoming smarter and a pioneer of “Industry 4.0” in our segment.

Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Process and Digital Transformation Engineer to join our European Central Quality department.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Innovate, automatize and improve visualization of scorecards, and QA Management System KPI’s
- Automatization of existing manual quality business processes and improve non efficient quality processes.
- Support Quality team during problem solving via ad-hoc data extractions, statistical analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
- Support the migration to new IT systems.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with BI tools like IBM Cognos (or equivalent: PowerBI, Tableau…).
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (or equivalent Office 365)
- Familiarity with operational excellence principles (Lean Six Sigma), and project management (desirable).
- Experience in database management and SQL (strong plus).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML (strong plus).
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (plus).
- English (mandatory), French ( plus )
- Self-starter with strong entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.
- Creative mindset, comfortable generating new ideas and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments
- Openness for business travel required
