Brand Communications Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, open-minded Brand Communications Manager (temporary position during employee’s leave).

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead advertising campaigns across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital) in the countries represented by the company (mainly Baltics).
• Participate in the development and implementation of brand communication strategies targeting end consumer segments.
• Prepare and analyze campaign reports.
• Manage and coordinate media agency procurement processes.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including CLM presentations, in collaboration with brand managers.
• Manage and oversee the execution of media campaign budgets.
• Prepare various marketing presentations and reports, including brand recognition and brand health analysis.
• Ensure the smooth flow of documents related to projects and department operations.

Your Profile:

• Higher education, preferably in business marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing or digital marketing agencies.
• Successful participation in planning and implementing media campaigns.
• Knowledge of the media procurement process.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility, ability to find solutions in various situations.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Computer skills (MS Office) at an experienced user level.
