Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the market development in the target markets (focus residential and C&I).
• Technical Sales support.
• Product and technical training (customers, installers, internal).
• Monitor legal and grid connection requirements, as well as subsidies.
• Competitor analysis and Continuous Improvement Process for key products.
• Define product requirements to increase market share for selected product line.
• Support product certification processes.

Personal Profile:

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven.
• Open for fast developing working environment.

Professional skills:

• Higher education with bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Background in renewable energy, electronics, or IT.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in industry.
• Good technical understanding and explanation skills.
• Background in agile work or requirements engineering is beneficial.
• or technical background in photovoltaics/grid connection is beneficial.

Language Skills:

- Professional English is mandatory
