Developer PL/SQL (C# .Net Skills)

Sigma Suisse is seeking for its client, a company in the trading sector in Geneva, a Full Stack Developer PL/SQL with experience on C# .Net :

We are looking for a developer to join the Accounting Systems team, which is responsible for the development and support of a globally used accounting application. This application is a core component of the in-house platform, integrating various functions such as trade management, finance, analytics, and treasury across hundreds of entities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Maintenance:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the core accounting application, leveraging C#, .NET, and PL/SQL.

Integrate the application with other internal systems and external tools such as treasury management systems.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with teams across accounting, finance, and analytics to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prioritize business needs and propose innovative solutions to meet them.

User Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing day-to-day issues and offering training to ensure efficient application use.

Project Participation:

• Drive and participate in key projects, including the integration of newly acquired businesses and the development of new interfaces with external systems.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in business applications
• Proficiency in PL/SQL or similar procedural database programming languages (e.g., T-SQL).
• Strong data modeling skills and experience with SQL-based systems.
• Expertise in C# and .NET development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, user-focused approach with a “make it work” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
