About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this

role, you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and leveraging business data to drive

impactful insights, while exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance data utilization

and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data, business

analytics, and Python programming, along with a solid foundation in AI applications. This is an

exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and data science to shape the

future of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Business Intelligence: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that can optimize business operations, enhance the user experience, and drive strategic decision-making.
• AI Integration & Strategy: Explore and implement AI technologies to complement and enhance business data, enabling the development of smarter, data-driven solutions in the healthcare marketplace.
• Predictive Modeling & Data Science Techniques: Apply machine learning and statistical models to predict trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve patient-doctor matching and decision-making processes.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate data insights into practical, user-centric solutions that improve the platform's efficiency and impact.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Support the leadership team in data-driven decision-making by building robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key business metrics.
• AI Experimentation & Improvement: Constantly experiment with and improve AI models to provide better recommendations, predictions, and decision-making tools to both patients and doctors.
• Technical Mentorship: Share your expertise with junior data scientists and other team members to foster a collaborative learning environment and enhance overall data literacy across the organization.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science, business analytics, or a related field, ideally within a healthcare or AI-driven organization.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis, machine learning, and AI modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI algorithms, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets, applying statistical methods, and developing predictive models.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and extracting data from databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
