Network SME (Engineer) – Aruba Technical Resource

Location: Jundiai, Sao Paulo, Brazil

Business Working Hours: 09am - 6pm (1 hr break)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network SME (Engineer) with expertise in Aruba networking solutions to support a critical network transformation project in Jundiai, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale network design, implementation, and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze survey reports and existing network infrastructure to design future network topology following best practices.

- Lead LAN/WLAN network implementation and migration projects in office and factory environments.

- Ensure seamless migration of LAN network, including routing changes, by coordinating with WAN service providers.

- Conduct firmware and IOS upgrades on network equipment.

- Work with H&F partners to execute network transformations effectively.

- Develop High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and runbooks for site network migration.

- Provide troubleshooting support and root cause analysis for network connectivity issues.

- Interface with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure smooth project execution within agreed SLAs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in the network domain, with exposure to large and complex network transformation projects (LAN/WAN preferred).

- Strong expertise in Aruba networking with hands-on experience in Enterprise Switching (Core, Distribution, and Access) and Aruba WLAN.

- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting techniques.

- Practical experience with Aruba ClearPass NAC, IRIS Tool, and Aruba Central.

- Knowledge of Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols.

- Basic working knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls.

- Experience in Aruba SDLAN deployment is preferred.

Certifications (Preferred):

- CCNA & CCNP or equivalent Aruba Certifications.

- Willingness to work after office hours and weekends as required.
