Workfully is on a mission to redefine how recruiters and companies connect in a high-trust, high-impact marketplace. We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the design and definition of our marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience for both recruiters and hiring companies.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design strategy for the marketplace, from discovery to delivery.
  • Work closely with founders, engineers, and product managers to shape the product vision.
  • Conduct user research to deeply understand recruiter and company needs, transforming insights into intuitive design solutions.
  • Rapidly iterate on prototypes and MVPs, balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in marketplaces or B2B platforms.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced early-stage startups.
  • Expertise in Figma, UX research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience designing for both sides of a marketplace (buyers & sellers).
  • A bias for action—someone who delivers quickly and iterates based on feedback.
