Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Displ.com’s B2B solutions.
• Streamline processes for smooth onboarding and product integration.
• Manage project timelines with clients, internal teams, and partners.
• Develop SOPs, manuals, and guidelines with Support & Customer Success teams.
• Automate key aspects of the implementation process.
• Design training materials for DISPL Academy.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to improve client experience.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for implementation success.

Process Development:

• Build internal workflows for project execution.
• Define best practices for project management and client onboarding.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce implementation time.
• Ensure team members have clear instructions and tools.

Client Empowerment:

• Design scalable training programs and educational content.
• Develop certification and support frameworks for client training.
• Lead client and partner workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Working time zone: CET + 1(2) hours
• Fluent in English and Russian languages
• Spanish and Portuguese languages are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or technology implementation.
• Knowledge of technologies - IoT, Computer Vision, System Engineering, Digital Signage
• Proven track record of leading large-scale client implementations and process development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience with automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on developing clear and actionable documentation.
• Experience in developing training and educational materials.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and automation platforms.
