Your Daily Tasks Will Entail
HCM (Human Capital Management) administration
- Executing key HR processes (Hire, Change Job, Terminate) in the HRIS (Workday) following globally standardized business processes
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Preparing and managing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and termination notices, in line with the employee life cycle (Hire, Change Job, Terminate)
- Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements for document handling and secure archiving practices.
- Designing and maintaining job descriptions in collaboration with the employee’s direct manager, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and role expectations.
- Guiding employees on basic HR administration, compensation, and benefits-related inquiries
- Ensuring employees understand HR processes by offering clear explanations and directing them to appropriate resources when necessary
- Partnering with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and address any administrative challenges
What We Expect From You
Education & experience
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR administration, people operations, or a related HR support role, including internships
- Previous experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS) is a plus
- Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance
- Familiarity with employment contracts, promotion letters, and other HR documentation
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Some experience with HR reporting, data entry, and record-keeping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and managers
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR tools, systems, and best practices
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance will be considered as an advantage
- Monthly salary EUR 1,200–1,500 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
- An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Rīga
